The whole idea of all my books is how wonderful fragrances coming from the kitchen can trigger Sweet Memories. Maybe, it is the smell of Freshly Baked Chocolate Chip cookies, that reminds you of your Grandma’s house. Or, how the aroma of a Freshly Baked Cake brings back an after school snack you had at your Best Friends house so many years ago. For me on rainy days, its Cookies in the attic with my Sister Barbara.
Well, for me I have spent most of my adult life, well mostly since my Mar (Mom) passed away January 31, 1991, looking for recipes I wish I would have asked for. Not only from my Mar, but my Mother in-law Inez, and many others too. So, many of my recipes are paying Homage to all the Wonderful Cooks, and Bakers who have passed through my life one time or another.

Agree with the other comment that the instructions are hard to follow. Can you say holy grammatical errors batman? Some narratives hurt my head to read. Had to walk away from it.
I really couldn't comment on the cookies, but Jerrieann might not be taken seriously until she improves her English style. But, She Really Needs a Proof Reader/Editor!
Thought I might be disappointed after book #1...but NO this one is GREAT also..... glad I bought them both. Well worth the price...looking forward to the next one.
Just as expected, more great cookies, always delicious, I can't wait for the holidays to share them with my family and friends, that's a lot of baking!
